Ways we can support

Care that fits the shape of your day.

Needs are personal, and they can change. Explore the kinds of help to discuss with us; we’ll listen first and talk through what may be appropriate.

Everyday

Personal care

A considerate hand with washing, dressing and getting ready, at a pace that feels comfortable.

Everyday

Companionship

Time for conversation, favourite pastimes or simply sharing part of the day with someone who listens.

Everyday

Daily living support

Practical help with meals, household routines and the little tasks that make a day go smoothly.

Everyday

Getting out and about

Support to enjoy local activities, appointments or time with friends and family.

At home

Live-in care

A discussion about ongoing support at home, with a caregiver living in the household where suitable.

At home

Night-time support

Help during the night, or reassurance nearby, depending on the person’s routines and needs.

At home

Respite support

A helping hand for a period of time so a family carer can take a pause or attend to other things.

Changing needs

Dementia-aware support

A thoughtful conversation about familiar routines, communication and what helps someone feel at ease.

Changing needs

Support with a health condition

Talk with us about day-to-day support needs connected with arthritis, diabetes, Parkinson’s, stroke, brain or spinal injury, or physical disability.

Everyday home support is not a substitute for medical care. Condition-related support should be discussed with our team so we can understand the person’s circumstances and whether we can help.

Not sure which kind of support to choose?

That’s a good place to start a conversation.

Ask us about care

National care, personal support

Care should feel like it belongs in your life.

BlissHealth Concepts Ltd offers home-care support with national coverage. We believe the most useful first step is a human one: taking time to hear what you and your family need, without assuming that one answer suits everyone.

Home is full of familiar things, daily rhythms and personal choices. Support should respect those details, help people keep doing what matters to them, and make room for family voices too.

Start with a conversation

What matters most

The person is never just a list of tasks.

It’s the small preferences, the familiar routine, the things that make a place feel like home.

Respect, choice and listening

Getting started

One step at a time.

Arranging care can feel unfamiliar. Here’s a simple picture of how the first conversation can unfold.

01

Tell us what’s happening

Call, email or prepare an enquiry. You can get in touch for yourself or on behalf of someone you care about.

02

We listen and learn

We’ll talk about daily life, what matters to the person and the kind of support you have in mind.

03

Explore a way forward

Together, we can discuss possible next steps. There’s no need to have everything figured out before you speak to us.

People with a passion for care

Meet the people behind your care.

Our national team brings together personal commitment, practical experience and a shared belief that good care starts with people.

Anthonia Seriki

Managing Director

Anthonia Seriki

Read full introduction

Anthonia’s commitment to caring for others began early. As a child, she hoped to establish a home for babies who had been abandoned—a reflection of a lifelong wish to make a difference.

During her teaching career, she completed a Master’s in Special Educational Needs to better support children’s learning. With her husband’s support, she also fostered young people for her local authority, giving them a welcoming home.

Helping people feel supported and valued remains at the heart of her work. She brings that compassion and determination to her leadership of national home care.

Niran Seriki

Joint Managing Director

Niran Seriki

Read full introduction

Niran brings more than 30 years of experience as a Senior Cyber Security Consultant, including managing international organisations. Alongside his professional work, he serves with multinational charities, helping people develop their potential and supporting those in need.

His interest in people’s wellbeing began with an ambition to become a doctor. Although his career followed a different path, he has remained committed to helping others achieve their goals and receive considerate support.

The experience of losing his mother without the care he had hoped for strengthened his determination to improve care for people who wish to stay at home. That personal commitment guides how he supports both customers and colleagues.
